Systemic cytokines were analyzed using CBA and ELISA in C57BL/6 mice, whether infected or not with T. gondii, and treated or not with SGE (30 µg) during chronic or acute infection phases. The cytokines were measured in mice serum, and data are expressed as the mean and standard deviation of cytokine secretion (pg/mL).
